Januik Wine Ad

This is my final product of an art direction assignment we had. I came up with the concept (with the help of others), created the visual language, and then directed a photographer to get this shot just right. I'm really happy with how this turned out compared to my digital comp that i put together in photoshop.

Check out my almost final draft of my Re-design for OutdoorsNW magazine. Here's a little preview for you all. I'm open to any critique or thoughts any of you might have. This is all from scratch and a majority of the photography is mine, including the cover.

Why is it that big type looks so good? It seems like such an easy solution but it works almost every time. Here's what i came up with for a 3 ad campaign for the shoe store 5 doors up. Scratch and sniff not included...
